Obama knows he will lose and will stall for time in order to screw up healthcare as much as he can before we give him the Bums Rush.

I understand that one ruling like this is all it would to slam on the brakes & throw the whole thing into limbo.

Alright!!!! Well, wish it was enforceable but this is a great start. We are in an ideological war now and to use a World War II analogy, we have to liberate Caen and Calais before we can liberate Paris.

For the longest time,
we weren’t fighting this ideological war.
And, you always call the guy that doesn’t know he’s in a fight “the loser”.

Not really. If there are conflicting decisions across the jursidictions, then the Supremes can accept cert to clarify the disparate rulings.

“Because the individual mandate is unconstitutional and not severable, the entire act must be declared void,”
I love it. This is almost exactly, word for word, what a said to some friends last night over dinner.

Ozero will try to make it a “tax” instead of a mandate. Had they done that originally, we’d really be up a creek.

Yes, I am sure that Obama is going to drag his feet on this. My guess is that he will claim that he needs more time because of the foreign policy problems in the world are taking too much of his time (even though he has been MIA all weekend)
So, if Obama is busy campaigning and partying, who is running the country?

535 Senators and Representatives are breathing a sigh of relief.
Politicians will do anything to avoid confronting ObamaCare.
They will gladly let the Judicial System kill ObamaCare.
Now that ObamaCare is soon near its burial, it is very important for the House of Representatives to DEFUND the monster.
There is no need to spend any money whatsoever on a law that will soon be declared uncontstitutional by a Circuit Court of Appeal and then by SCOTUS.

It sure seems like a very, very solid argument for the House Republicans on which to deny any funding (in case the results of the November election weren't reason enough)!

Even better the House won't have to expend any energy on defeating it. They can go straight to other more pressing matters - like actually reducing spending.
