Right but the delay will be until 2014 when it goes in to effect. So what happens between now and them. This disaster needs repealing Now!
Agreed and I don’t know how it will go down. If this decision is upheld by SCOTUS which it should be I’d think the bill would die when they uphold it but I’m no legal eagle.
