This is why the liberal were screaming about the House repeal. I think that makes it much more likely the USSC will overturn the law. Don’t think it is lost on the USSC, that this law was crammed down our throats over widespread opposition.
I wonder if the Supreme Court will in fact rule against. If so, Obama will have a HUGE tempy tantrum.
