Turning into a financial politician, but I will say he is correct in the trade problems we have with China and I was bemused that Obama praises them in the US state of the Union speech - meanwhile Rome burns.
True, but he is the only one I've heard that says it could go in the other direction.
And just him saying it, is helpful, as it helps mitigates fear in the market of catastrophic prices, which tends to be a self-fulfilling prophecy, with fear of OPEC collapse.
