There's very clear definitions in each state. They are creating a controversy that isn't there. "Forcible rape" is the old common law definition that almost always refers to anything that isn't strict liability (statutory). That includes date rape, drugs, etc.

I'm going to possibly take some heat here, but I go a lot further than the bill in my stance. Abortion should be banned and the only exception should be the life of the mother. Babies are innocent. They don't choose their sperm donors.

hear, hear!

It is sad that rape victimes are pressured into thinking this is their “cure” as well.
That eliminating their own child will somehow help them.

Not to minimize their suffering - it is a horrible (and rare) thing to become pregnant from a rape.
Killing an innocent is horrible as well.
