Mohammed El Baradei – The Iranian Frontman

Mohammed El Baradei — self-annointed “leader of the Egyptian opposition” — has more in common with Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad than anything remotely resembling democracy. He had a 12-year run, ending in 2009, as head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) where his primary legacy was to bring Iran to the verge of acquiring nuclear weapons.

He ran defense for Iran all those years, doing everything in his power to delay and delay and divert attention from the Iranian nuclear weapons program.

...

El Baradei is financially backed by Iran. There is speculation that he was on the take from the Iranian regime before he stepped down as IAEA Director-General, as well as after.

This guy is a front man for terrorists. We all saw how he operated his UN position. He is corrupt and will destabilize the region even further. Watch Obummer come out next week and prop up this idiot. It will be his Carter/Shaw of Iran moment.

I wondered aloud to a friend this afternoon if the western world had somehow forgotten that elbaradei had run interference for iran lo these many years and allowed them to reach the brink of becoming a nuclear power.
The man is a devil and certainly no friend to the West. Then again, you and I remember full well that obama issued his special invitation to the muslim brotherhood and met with their representatives in Egypt before his Cairo speech. obama is no friend to the West either, and we had better wake up before he murders this country in its sleep.

Hello Mesta....have been looking for your posts to see your take on this uprising.

I agree about El Baradei....sent a shiver down my spine to see him front and center...though I don’t think the people would support his leadership for the nation..he has stepped up to the plate as a voice...and that’s not good in the long run.

If Egypt completely falls Saudi Arbia, Jordon etc. could follow. The instability of the ME. is on the edge and very serious business for the whole world how this plays out.

Glad I found this post...thanks. (Miss the Matrix) especially at this time.

If Egypt falls, it will spread far beyond the ME. The muslims will move east, south, north, and west. Anywhere they think they have the numbers and a weak government, you will see this. Britain, Belgium, France. Has anyone even considered Indonesia and how big it is? They will control almost the entire Asian continent and chunks of Europe.
I don’t even know if India will be able to defend itself once this is in full swing.
The US, under obama, is playing an extremely dangerous game, and we will be next in line.
Anyone who thinks that hillary went to Haiti to manage a “political crisis” is stuck on stupid. I have been warning anyone who would listen that Haiti is the new clinton bank for crooked and dirty money. I expect that there is a massive movement of money going on right now.
In the meantime, don’t underestimate how many radicals this administration has been importing into this country right under our noses.
Why do you think they went to war against Arizona and not against any other state that is trying to control illegal immigration across its border? AZ is a corridor and that jihadi martyr’s book is partial proof of this.
Me? I am paying yet another visit to Dick’s Sporting Goods. Tomorrow.

I am beginning to think that this is going to be the final nail in Obummers coffin for winning in '12. The speed at which the region is destabilizing will have serious consequences here in the states. It looks to me as though the US Gov't seems taken off guard by the uprisings and not proactive. Any fuel or food shortages will be put at his feet. The whole thing has the smell of the Shaw of Iran deal with Carter. We are still feeling the pain of letting that country "Democratize".

Yep...you pretty much have said it as I see it too. As for haiti it has always been a cash distribution center for politicians and nations....and any crook out there. Not to mention a major port for drug trafficing.

What’s at Dick’s?

By 2012, the damage to this country will be so severe that we might never be able to repair it, not to mention the very real possibility of a major world war. He will not lift the drilling ban and I suspect that shortly, there will be calls to tap the SPR without restoring it whatsoever. They are already going after coal-fired electricity. Propane is already out of sight for a lot of people as well as deisel fuel and kerosene. We have no juice. Gas shortages, food shortages, and trucks that can’t deliver, no jobs....G-d Almighty. How much before it stops?

I am guessing you are an American who is a bit older and who thinks for himself/herself. My guess is that what you speak of will not stop without the widespread horror which is sure to come eventually as the consequences to what our government has done to us begins to roll in, big time. The debt caused by criminal levels of government spending to buy the next election and favors for cronies and the mischief which has come to us through the EPA, NEA and other government agencies who have choked us with insane regulations, all pushed by a left wing propagandist media who want to censor opposition are mostly to blame for the threat we are presently under. Ben Franklin spoke about just such dangers as this before the members of the Constitutional Convention. Just another example of why we need to know history to avoid repeating it.

Age has nothing to do with it. I see what I see and don’t think one needs to be a genius to see what is in front of their face.
Most people see these things and separate them as one thing, another thing, and so on. I see them as many things that taken together make ONE big thing. Maybe that is the difference. People cannot see through the chaos to the core.

We are still feeling the pain of letting that country "Democratize".

Unfortunately, I fear that we're only beginning to feel the pain of letting our country "Democratize" in 2008.
