The state of Hawaii already posted on line a Certification of Live Birth proven to be a forgery. Are they simply reissuing copies that forgery or do they have another completely different document not issued in the past? If the latter, then why didn’t they post that one in the past? Either way they are only adding fuel to the fire.

All they’re going to do is charge $100 for a copy of the COLB...they don’t have his birth certificate because there isn’t one.
