My mother had a 78 that I played a lot. It was called Off Shore. I don’t remember who did it. When she lost her house, she walked away and left everything so I don’t have the record. Can’t find anyone that knows who it is either. :-(

Tried doing a search of song title "Off Shore".......
All I found was was some "rap song".......
How anyone can call "rap" music is beyond my understanding....
