Typically...folks who work up a recall effort have a committee and they do lots of interviews with just about any TV, radio and newspaper source possible. In this case....no name for the filing person? Kinda strange, I would admit.

Parsing the story closely, it appears that they may suspect that the name on the application doesn't match the name of the person who filed the application.
