Did not the supreme court hear one of the eligibility cases on January 7???
I have read somewhere that they denied dismissal, and did not rule in Obama’s favor, but have not published their ruling.
Anyone have any more info on this???
It has been suggested that they are trying to figure out how to break this to the nation amidst the obvious national security issues it would present once published.
Because "Shut up if you know what's good for ya", that's why.

We don't know if that is his legal name. The man was legally Barry Soetero earlier in his life and we have no documentation on if or when or how he changed his name to Barack Hussein Obama. Who was it up there at the rostrum?
The Dems are so greedy for power that ‘ends justify the means’ comes into play on this one. In the same way that ballots are ‘found’ and dead people vote - often - his eligibility is just a trivial side show. The real point is that he has obtained power for them and nothing else matters. The layers of denial at every level of the Dem organization (The Party, the Press, the Educational Establishment etc.) are ingrained. He was elected President therefore nothing else matters. It is like arguing about color with a blind person or melody with the deaf: there is utterly no point of contact with the Democrat mind. This one may never be resolved.

Thanks for the pings. This was a great article. I am planning to snail mail it to my US Rep., along with a note explaining that we’ve lost all trust and respect for both parties. They are fiddling wile LTC Lakin rots and little Barry destroys the US. They have proved they are mutually not worth the time it took to cast a single ballot.
So how long before the increasingly tiresome, stupid, obnoxious, Barry-enabling trolls show up on this thread? I am so sick of their dissembling excuses and hollow, circular logic. Not one of them has a conservative bone in their bodies. They are all liberals. Why they are allowed to keep vomiting on Eligibility threads is anybody’s guess. They make FR a worse place—and that’s *all* they do.

And if 0h0m0 released a document purporting to be a birth certificate 3 days before the election as you suggest, first of all it would have to be determined by experts for authenticity including all related documentation, and second, it would make him look like a prime a**hole.
I figure the birth cert is the pry bar to let loose all the other documents.
For more than a decade prior to barry the bastard’s election the Democrap party has been trying to nullify the Constitutional provision regarding Natural Born status. They failed every time they brought it up and even the few times a Republican was involved, failed they did. So, with their lust to have the first almost black prersident they have brought forth an ‘end around’ candidate and ignored the Constitution for its inconvenience. And that is so like a liberal! If the law is inconvenient, if a small gestating human being is inconvenient, if a segment of the nation’s population (read the elderly or medically challenged) are inconvenient, well liberals (read democrats) just perform an ‘end around’. This may have started as an effort to set aside the Constitution because democrats wanted soemthing not allowed by same, but it will elad inexorably to the death panels of Obamacare. My only consolation is knowing Hell isn’t half full yet, so these democrat vermin have someplace to go. I wish them a rapid and near future journey.
The way he talks and his facial expressions remind me of a spoiled brat. He appears to me to be someone who was allowed to get away with lying and bad behavior possibly due to those parenting have humanist philosophy or guilt over his not having a father at home. How many pics have we seen where he looks like a 2 yr old pouting with their bottom lip out or holding their breath? He also seems to me to be a demanding bully. His way or the highway kind of guy. A bully with the kind of power he has would cause a lot of people to think twice before they mess with him.

Yes this pretty much sums it up. Everytime we watch Obama we just see a fraud and we wonder how much longer our country will have to endure him before he is exposed.
If he released anything 3 days before the election, he'd lose big time because no one would believe it's real and know he's a liar (excluding the OJ jury, of course). Also, which "real" document would he release? If it was the one supposedly found in typical white granny's closet, then it might be the original one but that wouldn't be the legal one because of the Lolo adoption and name change. It's also possible that he annulled the adoption and had the name changed as well meaning the bc would be amended once again to show the original info. Still, if the original listed Sr. as the papa, he still can't prove NBC so he's still up the creek without a paddle. He's in a Catch 22 with the BC and there's no way out unless he can somehow claim Davis or Malcom X or the local dog catcher as papa and dig up a doctor who birthed him on US soil. Not to mention how many votes he'd lose for not taking 5 minutes away from his ice cream eating time to disclose his BC and save Lakin from Leavenworth.
True it’s a good piece about obama , BUT it left a loop hole big enough for obama to squirm though. Any birth document released by obama must state that obama was born to parents that were U.S. citizens and thus qualified under Article 2 of the Constitution too be the President. Hawaii, in early 2010,declared the “document “ released by obama as legal proof of birth. obama could just release the current document(fake) as proof that he is a natural born citizen.
I doubt he has convinced anybody. Some don't care; some never thought about it or never doubted him to begin with, just took it at face value; some have their doubts but are too intimidated to say anything; some figure it's a moot point, that the courts will never touch it for fear of setting off a constitutional crisis, so might as well accept it and move on.
I don't think he has even tried to convince anyone of anything regarding his birth, he appears to have refused publicly to acknowledge the issue.
