The Prez looks exceptionally pale and weak in this photograph, you'd expect to see him in a hospital bed, and not sitting up at a conference.

Not a Prez. A fraud and a con. He’s scheduled to go to Penn State on Wednesday (big snowy day!) to suck up the adulation juices of the deluded young. Vampire-like, eh?
