Watching this idiot in the White House try to “talk” his way out of this threat is comical! Bammy’s latest “solution” is to have Mubarak “step back”. What ever the hell that means! In short, Obama has sided with the “protesters” and has threatened to cut all aid to Mubarak if he fails to give in to the demands of the rioters.
Of course, there is no US Military presence there to back these strategically vague words coming from the “smartest” (Peace Prize winning) man on the Planet.

Found it interesting that Foxnews put up a map showing the following countries currently in unrest:
Algeria, Tunisia, Cairo/Egypt, Yemen, Jordan, Lebanon.

I think Bolton is wrong with the possible exception of Lebanon where the Iranian influence and support for Hezbollah could potentially tip that country toward a Mullah dictatorship. But it is not likely to happen, IMHO, as a revolt of the people of Lebanon. There is just no comparison between what is going on in Cairo with the current situation in Beirut.
Syria falling to an Islamic Revolution? Give me a break. We will see demonstrations in Iran long before they show up in Damascus.
