Everything in his "speech" was lifted from prior presidents and leaders. It really was a WTF speech.

If he had submitted it as a term paper, he would have gotten an "F" for plagiarism.

But to his credit, he probably didn't write even one sentence of it. I suspect the first time he saw it was when it appeared on his teleprompter.
