I agree.

They only granted the stay, not the expedited appeal.

Watch for the IL Supreme Court to schedule it for a hearing after the primary. If Rahm wins the primary, he’s off the ballot. If he loses the primary, the case is moot.

To pull it out for Rahm, the SC needs at least *some* wiggle room, and I’m not sure they’ve got it. Also would like to see someone follow up on the mysterious reactivation of his voter registration status.
