True ,but that’s the problem. All “evidence” supporting obama’s birth in the U.S. is hearsay without a certified birth certificate. Let’s not forget that IF the certificate does not name both parents as U.S. citizens, the certificate would prove obama ineligible to be President. A very good reason for obama NOT to ever release the certificate.( if one even exists?)
When has Obama ever claimed his daddy was an American?
His eligibility is in no danger unless he is shown to have been born outside the US. Even in that case, arguably his mother was not validly married to his father, thus enabling her to pass on citizenship without meeting that pesky age requirement.

I don;t think that matters to him as he stated clearly in his books that his father was Kenyan. he never claimed to be a natural born citizen on his “fight the smears” web site (just a Native born citizen)
I am thinking that he may well have a different name .. now that can cause a whole LOT of trouble for him. Think about it .. Senator Sotoro? President Sotoro?
