Obama is the one who chose Biden. If Obama is proved not legitimate, then Biden should be out also

Joseph Biden is the perfectly legally qualified, elected, and chosen Vice President of the United States. His status has ZERO to do with Barack "Obama", and, should the office of President happen to become vacant, Biden would occupy it by right until January 20, 2013.

So why now ? so why now does it matter to the MSM, Liberals, Democrats that Joe Biden is eligible to hold office ?
Why is it so important now to up hold the US Constitution, when ? for the last 3 years it has not been held up ? it's been refused to be heard in any of the court cases.
So why does Obama get a pass on this and Joe Biden does not ?
When this issue get's the full attention that is lone over due that it deserves, Congress should ask Joe Biden questions on his own involvement in this whole fraud.

I contend that IF NObama was NOT eligible in the first place, then his running mate—chosen ONLY by the Democrat Committee—has no special status. Biden didn’t win any ‘Vice President Primaries”. The primaries select a Presidential candidate & the ‘running mate’ is an afterthought.

I realize this could be a really sticky problem.
The succession procedure was intended for the death or disability of a President. The provisions in the Constitution to prevent a non-eligible person from holding the office were ignored by the DNC.

Now- it is a truly difficult item to untangle.
