They never said they saw a Hawaiian birth certificate...just that one is there:

Either she's telling the truth and it's a foreign birth certificate or an amended adoption birth certificate, or she simply lied. Either way, her statement appears like it's under oath, but it's not.

I sure thought I heard or read a report when it first came up from an official who said they had seen it. Oops. Sorry for being a rumor monger! I try to avoid that, but I'm getting old and sometimes the ol’ memory doesn't pass muster!

There is NO long form Birth Certificate for BHO in HI. None... Look at the dance the authorities have been doing to avoid admitting it.

Here is the statement by Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Health Department of the State of Hawaii:

"I ... have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen," Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said in a brief statement. "I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago."

(note- she said a "natural-born American citizen, NOT natural born United States Citizen.)

She could have been referring to the ‘index’, which is a list and assumed that the BC was in the proper place as the index states. But, now we are find out - that there is not a BC on file, regardless of the ‘index’.
