I thought about this from a few different angles and this theory does not fit all of the facts. Lets say zero did use soetoro all of his young 10-20 something years. Lets assume that his name was legally changed in HI upon his adoption and a new BC created. He would have two long form BC’s on file, one original and one amended. Even if he did revert to the O name at some point in his 20’s without a legal name change, it really is not that big of a deal. He would have had a BC for both names.

None of this would explain the purging of documents from Occidental, Columbia, the IL bar, so forth and so on. And it certainly would not explain the tremendous risk of creating the fake COLB. If the theory that the article advances was the case, it would have far more simple to just say that once I was in college, I began using the name of my birth father over the man who adopted me and then insisted on sending me away to live with my grandparents. Given all of the crappola that this country and the MSM let him get away with in 2008, they would have eaten that narrative right out of his hand.

I agree the scenario of name change due to his adoption has been floating around ever since there has been a question of where he was born. Nothing new introduced here. It is all still up in the air of why Obama will not produce his long form B.C along with his other records:
