How could the name on the birth certificate be “Barry Soetoro” since he was born in 1961 and she didn’t marry Soetoro until 1965 and didn’t even arrive in Hawaii until Sept 18, 1962. That’s beyond belief. I could believe that the birth certificate shows Dunham as the mother and father unk or not declared.
If the actual birth certificate read Soetoro it’s either a fake or was done long after he was born. Again not realistic.

An adoption with a name change actually includes going back and altering the birth certificate to show the NEW legal name. See?
LOL, the birth cert was amended after his mother married Soetoro...so that there is no longer a BHO cert but instead an amended copy of SOMETHING that calls him Barry Soetoro. Which he probably used for scholarships to HS and Occidental...he must have changed himself into BHO before going to Columbia....
