I watched it. I was hoping and hoping Cantor would say, “well if we could just see the birth certificate then the matter would be settled, wouldn’t it David?”
If I were Cantor, I’d simply quote the greatest President of our lifetime... “I did not have.....” oops sorry... “Trust But Verify!”
Cantor and the rest of the GOPers who abetted the DNC and Juan McCain in the fraud are not going to ever admit they question Obama’s qualification because that could be used against them when the truth comes out.
If they know and they did nothing, or worse, coordinated a political strategy to cover it up (they did), they participated in a crime of treason.
So they are playing “don’t ask, don’t tell” so they can be seen as not knowing about the fraud. But they are all liars. They know Obama is not able to produce the proper documentation for qualification.
They have watched the court cases where he fights tooth and nail to avoid presenting his citizenship documentation. They know people in their party were asking questions during the last election and they did all they could to cover it up rather than facing the question as is their constitutional duty. They know... They think they have “progressed” beyond the legalities of silly old document.
“Cantor says he believes that Obama wants what’s best for the country and that there are honest disagreements over how to achieve that”
To quote Freeper marron:
“We did not send these guys to Washington to help Obama govern, we sent them to stop him!”
I don’t think Cantor got that message!!
Perhaps followed up with: "Besides, who wouldn't want to proudly show their certificate of birth as a citizen of this great country? I'd consider it an honor to show mine to anyone who asks".
Indeed. I was disappointed in Cantor. All he would have had to say was "President Obama could easily end all the speculation. All he has to do is release the Certificate, David."
