Wouldn’t it be the best if in a silent protest all Republicans and some in the audience held up birth certificates? Could you imagine O’s face, it would totally distract him from the teleprompter. (IANAL) Legally, Tim Adams’ statements would be considered hearsay. He did not have direct access to the physical 1961 BC archives and is relating only what he claims his supervisors/co-workers told him. This affidavit wouldn’t help much, if at all, in an eligibility decision.
