OK, I see that now. And I see Hawaii was totally evasive where they never in the end followed the UIPA request even after repeated efforts by Charlton for all the hospital births for the surnames of Dunham, Obama, Payne, Soetoro that Obama could have been born under.

Well according to Abercrombie, he had to go to the State Archives even to find a written notation about Obama's birth. Odd (not) that Abercrombie could not find a birth certificate for Obama at the Hawaiian DoH. Why? Obama was not on any microfilm for the "Search" or the "Security" copies at the DoH? It hasn't been 75 years since Obama's birth to send over the search records that covers the time period in accordance with the DoH 'Records Disposition Authorization' as noted above.
