No doctor, no nurse, no hospital [well, at different times he claimed both of them], no nobody. It’s almost as if it didn’t even happen in HI....
I have my own birth certificate which was given to my parents by the hospital where I was born. I don't think it's an “official” BC, but a courtesy one, a memento from the hospital. The doctor's name is there, as well as “baby's footprints” and “mother's thumbprint”.
I wonder if hospitals in Hawaii gave out those “certificates” back in 1961.
