I suspect Jindal is not NBC and that is why he is ruling out a run for the presidency. We don't know when his parents became citizens, so he may have been born with Indian citizenship.

Romneys father was born to US citizens, making his father a US citizen. So Romney is an NBC. Romneys father was never a Mexican citizen.

His life is an open book, and I'm sure he will produce all documents to show that he's qualified.
