Was he actually adopted? Wouldn’t he know that and just say that? The false certificate had his original name on it.
He would say it, yes, if he was using his adoptive name as his true identity and admitted it thusly. He appears to have ignored his adoption. Without his college records, there is no way to know how he presented his identity in college, for example. It appears to me that Obama has used whichever identity was most convenient at the time, depending upon what he was trying to “get” in return for it.
