When I was in high school it was commonly taught that 10% unemployment constitutes the definition of a Depression.

So why is this not being reported every day as such?

He controls the media, TV and if they get out of line then it is ruin, investigations, lawsuits, mobs showing up or maybe someone ends up in a dumpster like that guy.

For a depression you need high unemployment in conjunction with a contracting economy.
