Why does the government feel we do not need to know what they are doing or where they are investing monies taxed to benefit their coffers?

I’m concerned about him getting and releasing private citizen’s information. I’m actually concerned about him releasing anything. I don’t know what his angle is, but frankly, I don’t think he wants good things for the United States.
