I don’t consider Christie a fraud. He’s true to what he believes and refreshingly candid. In fact, I adore the fat thing.

He’s not someone I would consider for the presidency because he’s not conservative enough for me. But, duh!

He’e very effective at winning over conservatives, that’s basically my point. He’s a charlatan and a grifter and would sell everything you believe in down the river for five minutes with the NY Times or the black caucus or any other coveted liberal entity he could get his mug in front of.

But you like him anyway.

I’m with you, Altura. Christie may be too liberal for us, but his forth-rightness is invigorating! Sometimes I catch myself thinking we could use him and his straight talk, common sense in the White House, which he might easily win
in this climate. We’d need to increase seats in both houses to reign him in if he had any liberal ideas.
