I’d like to see this compared with other hazards that are “naturally” occurring — such as being out in the sunshine or eating celery with its psoralens. The human body ordinarily has a great capacity for shrugging off minor cellular damage — the damaged cells simply die the vast majority of the time. The odds can be pushed through habitual damage, of course.

By the way who said any smoking Freeper (and I have never smoked in my life) wants to encourage the chillrun to follow in that habit? Especially before they are adults and know well enough to make responsible choices?
