He's in 24/7 campaign mode. Think carefully about what people are voting him into office...OK, got a picture of his constituency? His intellect, qualifications, ability, etc. mean absolutely nothing to his voters. He is preaching to them, and likely does not care one whit about what anybody thinks except the people who will vote for him, over and over, every single time for absolutely one reason only.
