Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik once again blames conservative rhetoric for being responsible for the shooting of Rep. Gabby Giffords (AZ).
"The kind of rhetoric that flows from people like Rush Limbaugh, in my judgment, he's irresponsible, uses partial information, sometimes wrong information. Attacks people, angers them against government, angers them against elected officials and that kind of behavior, in my opinion, is without consequences and I think he's irresponsible," Sheriff Dupnik told ABC News.

I’m going to listen to Rush’s program and catch Sarah Palin on Greta tonight. Otherwise, I am on a news boycott. I despise the media, the Democrats and weak kneed Republicans. I have no interest in the lying bastards with their phony concerns.
The sheriff must be senile.
The defense will put him on the stand and force him to repeat all of this junk which will confuse the jury, as intended.
Before it is all over, he will also be sued by someone who was injured. Civil suits have that terrible thing called “discovery” which can delve into everything from your sex life to your income taxes.
So the plaintiff’s attorney will use the power of discovery to find what is in the sheriff’s files relating to the shooter.
I expect that will be very interesting.
Then the good sheriff will be deposed during which he will be asked things like: “It was reported to you that he made death threats, acted very strangely....what did you do about it?”
The sheriff is digging his own grave.
Oh, gee...I just made a threat of death.....as interpreted under the stupid PC rules that the dims now want to put into effect.
Sheriff Dupnik knows he failed the community.
Even the local college saw the threat.
AZ has involuntary hold for evaluation Psych laws that could have been used to prevent his.
NY and CA do this often.
Dupnik has to assign blame elsewhere or get sued by the victims and worse.
After getting spanked by Megyn Kelly on Fox, he’s probably more comfortable speaking to ABC.

Me too. The terms ‘Unfit to Serve’, Prejudicial, Malfeasance, and ‘Conduct Unbecoming an Officer of the Court’ come to mind.
Sheriff Dupnik is desperately trying to cover his ass.
Rush destroyed this party hack today. As time goes on, DUmpricks negligence and incompetence will be on full display. He has already bungled the case leaving openings for a defense to be mounted. His 15 min are just about up.
Guess he never learned not to get into a battle of wits when you're unarmed...
My guess? He knows that he and his dep't screwed up ROYALLY in not dealing with the problems presented by the shooter LONG ago, and is trying to deflect attention from his screwup(s). Rotsa ruck with that play, Dipstick.
This guy is a typical airhead Democrat. He thinks it’s perfectly okay to use his position as a soapbox to blame everybody and anybody, regardless of the fact that they had nothing to do with it. Typical hack politician. Anything that works, regardless of the consequences.
What do you do in the face of such amoral dishonesty? And it’s taken for granted as fair play in American politics.
This guy is trying WAY too hard to point the finger elsewhere. What is that they say about pointing fingers and 3 pointing back at you?
That sign shows how far gone we are. In forty years, no one’s criticized the Left for routinely doing this kind of crap. But somebody shoots a Congressman, and it’s conservatives’ fault for opening their mouths.
I’m not going to put up with this, and I’m not going to be made a scapegoat.
He’s not senile. He’s using his fifteen minutes of fame to score points for the Democrats and maybe shut up his political opposition. He is irresponsible and dishonest, however.
I support Rush! I support Sarah Palin! I think government is too big, too powerful, and too expensive. And I think Sheriff Dupnik is a snake. Is that going to “incite violence”?
