Found this website dedicated to defeating Sheriff Dupnik in 2012. He got 65% of the vote last election which would explain his holier than though proselytizing after the shooting. Something tells me he stepped on the wrong rattlesnake this time. "Don't Tread On Me" http://www.dumpsheriffdupnik.com/ I think that web site is sponsored by the Pima County GOP. They seem to shy away from a recall and are more focused on defeating him in 2012.
A successful recall could put him out of office in 7 or 8 months.
