Logically, the investigators are considering every possibility of how he was transported from Wilmington to Newark. Let's hope they are reviewing all security cameras on the route.

The truck are equipped with a lift apparatus the hoist the container up side down and drops the contents of the container into the truck. It is designed for safety of the truck operators so they cannot get into the refuse area of the truck and become hurt.
