Good analysis of the cab driver who told police he’d picked Jack up on the 29. Includes all possibilities.
I’m not sure how they do things in DE, but in the Left Coast state, cabbies are required to keep what’s called ‘run sheets’, detailing pickup/drop-off times/places & fare paid covering their entire shift with a new one each shift. Gypsies may not keep them but most PDs require them as part of licensing and companies require them to be handed in as part of check-in paperwork. They can be very useful in determining truth and patterns.
"Spence jotted down the time they arrived and the fare into a spiral notebook before returning to the train station"
A pic of his book - the 29th morning arrival still puzzles me. Did no one see him on the train, does Amtrak have no security video? (I'm sure they do) Definitely leaves Jack out of the smoke bomb event. - BUT, then how did his phone get over there?
