How sad it is. Jack Wheeler played such an important part in forever memorializing those killed in Viet Nam, insuring they will never be forgotten. Yet his memory seems to be in danger of disappearing down the black hole. Upon his death, the best the media had to offer was a hit piece describing a mentally ill man in the midst of an emotional breakdown.

I understand LE trying to protect the integrity of an investigation. I don't understand why no one seems to be demanding answers.

Because, as usual, they are afraid of the answers.

If a good mans reputation is sullied, so be it.
I’m not cynical, just realistic. It has happened before.
