HERE, the DLC is using "Bull's Eyes"... a VERY SLIGHT difference from the SARAHPAC's graphic's "cross hairs" (which, by the way, are NOWHERE NEAR Tuscon, which is 'way south' in the state).
Thus, by the logic that DEMS/Liberals are using, that of saying Sarah Palin is somehow responsible for the shooting of Rep. Giffords, it appears the DEMS would just rather encourage the use bow & arrow, or perhaps a crossbow (or even guns with concentric-rings-type of sight), for their targets (sarcasm now off).
NOW... EVERYONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND *KNOWS* that Sarah Palin was simply saying certain races were targeted POLITICALLY (where you FOCUS your political resources such as the best candidate, funding, and mobilization of a support team to oppose the targeted candidate). NONE of this political targeting entails violence OR shootings.
The DEMS/Liberals just have their 'bashing machine' of the left-leaning Main Stream Media (i.e. the almost defacto Public Relations arm of the Democrat party) out in attack mode, at full force, making coordinated attacks on Sarah Palin... JUST LIKE THEY DID LESS THAN A YEAR AGO per Erick Erickson's 1-8-11 article at www.redstate.com:

The leftists are going crazy in comments on this story in the Denver Post. Blaming Rush, Beck and Palin. They forget which ideology killed about 150 million of their own citizens. The rush to blame Palin and the Tea Partiers are nothing but Chicago style implicit threats by the Dem/Liberal leadership/media against any American who disagrees with them. These people are bloodthirsty, predatory, unstable, and have an unhinged meglomanical thirst for power.

I think people such as yourself need to remember when you are so intent on blaming what voters have said as the cause for this tragedy, why not mention the rhetoric from Democrat politicians and liberal talking heads including:
President Obama:
“If they bring a knife to the fight, we bring a gun,” Obama said in Philadelphia last night. “Because from what I understand, folks in Philly like a good brawl. I’ve seen Eagles fans.”
And “I need you to go out and talk to your friends and talk to your neighbors. I want you to talk to them whether they are independent or whether they are Republican. I want you to argue with them and get in their face.”
Or John Kerry who said on the Bill Maher show: “I could have gone to 1600 Pennsylvania and killed the real bird with one stone.”
Or Howard Dean “I hate the Republicans and everything they stand for…”
and: “This is a struggle between good and evil and we’re the good?”
and “we need to remember that the enemy here is George Bush, not each other.”
Or Senator Chuck Schumer who called a flight attendant a “bitch.”
Or the Florida Democrats who ran an ad calling for the assassination of Donald Rumsfeld
Or New York State Comptroller Alan Hevesi who called for Senator Schumer to “put a bullet between the president’s eyes?”
Or Jonathan Chait who said “I hate President George W. Bush.”
Or singer Rickie Lee Jones who aid of President Bush “You’re an ignorant, low-class, opportunistic man, both personally and politically, who does everything for political gain and nothing for the wellbeing of the people, and you should not be in office, and the kind of fascism you’re perpetrating on our country we don’t want, and you’re out.
