Not a bad reading list really, for a 22-year old.
So given his eclectic tastes (politically anyway), can we say he was a radical moderate ?

We can say with great pride that he is NOT one of us.
The only common thread I see on this list of "favorite books" is atheism. Note, I'm not saying 'reading list', but "favorite books". Many of those books are worthy reads, and I can understand that some folks might like to read the Communist Manifesto and Mein Kampf to review these thoughts that led to such misery.
But that's the only thing that stood out amongst these list of "favorite books":
No fear of, reverence for, or desire to know, God.
