MSM Implies Palin Responsible for Giffords Shooting
Self | 1/8/2011 | Qbert

Rep. Gabrielle Giffords was wounded in a shooting at a supermarket today in Tucson, Arizona. At least 12 people have been shot, and reportedly six have died. Thoughts and prayers go out to Rep. Giffords and family and all of those wounded on this horrific day.

Congresswoman Giffords was reportedly shot in the head. There are conflicting reports as to whether she has died.

Despite the lack of further information, ABC local news (and countless Tweets on Twitter) have begun implying that former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin supposedly motivated the actions of the shooter because of her "Take Back the 20" political "target map":

"Giffords was one of 20 House Democrats who voted for the new health care reform law featured on Sarah Palin's infamous "Take Back the 20" target map last year. The map drew controversy for its use of gun sights.

Giffords' office was vandalized after the health care vote.

To imply that Palin is somehow responsible for a shooting because of a harmless political map is beyond revolting. It is especially troubling in an era in which President Obama has repeatedly used highly charged, violent-themed language, recently calling his opponents "hostage takers", and stating during his 2008 campaign that his supporters would "bring a gun" if his opponents brought a "knife" to a hypothetical fight.

Well, aren’t these libs in the media smart—blaming Sarah.
Everyone knows it’s Bush’s fault.

My sincere condolences are offered to the family of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords and the other victims of today’s tragic shooting in Arizona.

On behalf of Todd and my family, we all pray for the victims and their families, and for peace and justice.

My guess... and, that is all it is... it’s a far left loonie (again) that didn’t like her middle-of-the-aisle views... or it’s an open borders nut-job who didn’t like her push for closing the border.

For the lame-stream press to blame Palin is just another nail in the lame-street’s coffin. (Sorry... no pun intended)

It is a shame... regardless. My prayers go out to all of the wounded and dead.

It’s only a matter of time that the conservatives will get wrongly blamed for Gabrielle Giffords’ assassination, as she had a very tight race and her seat will inevitably be now up for special election.

That being said, I hope the catch and execute the f*****. Assassinations tear at the fabric of our country, no matter which party.

Meanwhile Van Jones, Frances Fox Piven and many others are openly calling for violence and not a peep out of the media.

Most everything, if not everything we hear, read, view from Liberals is projection, and can be confidently accepted as reflection of themselves be it their thoughts, their character, their souls.

Let ‘em shout.

They had the “What and Why” of the story written a year ago, just waiting for the actual event to fill-in “Who, Where, When”.

Let’s not everybody go into a panic about what the leftist media has to say.

The Holocaust Museum attacker and the nut who crashed the plane into a Texas IRS office were called “righwingers” at first but they were LEFTIES.

And Bloomberg tried to blame unemployed white males for trying to plant a bomb in Times Square. A MUZZIE, is who did it, of course.

The left always tries to silence conservatives, regardless of facts.

Lets just wait and see if the likes of Matthews,Schultz,Olbermann and Maddow will accuse the Tea Party as the Culprits behind this tragedy,,and NPR too.
Regardless of who the shooter is,he will be likely be accused/labeled a right wing extremist by the far left.

Well, that didn't take long. As soon as I heard it, the first thought, how will they spin this to be the act of a Tea Party conservative.

Now in light of the fact that we have NOT YET been shown or heard of a discription of this gunman, I suspect he would most likely be in the column of a Illegal, or a Progressive/Democrat Mafia, who has volunteered to do the act and let it be blamed on a conservative.

These people simply need a FIGHT, and don't care who they hurt to get one. Collateral damage to them, and one Blue Dog Democrat out of the way.

How absurd. This was not Palin’s fault. Clearly Bush is to blame.

When John Kerry’s VVAW plotted to murder 20 US Senators who were pro-war the MSM didn’t care then nor did they care during the Kerry run for the WH.

Or as Jefferson said, “When the people fear the government you have tyranny, when the government fears the people you have liberty.”

I say it is time for liberty.
