Well if that's true (that the shooter is a young man and an Afghan war vet), then it doesn't seem likely he is a Tea Party member. Tea Party folks tend to be middle-aged. There might be quite a few vets in the Tea Party movement, but I have never seen anyone that young.

That same state senator (Linda Lopez) who said she heard he's an Afghan war vet is blaming the Tea Party for inciting this.

Fox News now reporting shooter's name is "Jared Laughner" although Shep Smith is giving different spellings...

Shep trying to cherry pick Loughner’s youtube video’s to make him a right wing nut.

Loughner is simply a NUT, N-U-T-S, NUTS. Watch his youtube videos, his handle is classitup10. He’s creating his own currency, etc. and he’s clearly mentally ill, living in his own world in his own head.

Doesn’t believe in God, so all the lefties convinced he was a bible-thumper were dead wrong. Dude is just nuts, sounds a little like an anarchist, mostly he’s just NUTS.
