Typewriters of that era all had a “finger print”. It is due to the nicks and scratches that form on the various letters of the keys that strike the paper. Each typewriter was unique.

The birth certificates coming from that office at the time were likely produced with one or two specific typewriters. Not only would the forgers need to find the **exact** paper that was used on all the other birth certificates, they would need to duplicate the “finger print” of a typewriter used in other birth certificates.

Add to this the serial numbers and having to forge entries of Obama’s name into antique ledgers of various sorts...well...to me, I doubt that it is possible.

If Obama could forge a birth certificate he would have done so by now.

There is also the little matter of the microfiche copies. It would have to be produced on the same stock of film as the others in the batch for the month ( and possibly longer ). Add to that the chemical degradation of the the exposed film. The Nordykes copy in 1966 was done from a microfiche ( or microfilm ). So that is over 40 years of degradation. Even if they had original unexposed stock to make a copy, it would have degraded by now and would be useless
