The BC issue probably will NOT remove him from office but it will certainly in the years ahead haunt him

I wonder about the requirement to prove citizenship if he runs for re-election. Not sure what the rules are as a sitting President (as our Constitution was never so ignored in the past), but seems like he should be required to prove citizenship if his name is allowed to be entered in the 2012 campaign. Of course, that's all based on logic and law. Not sure what makes me think that would apply now.

If the republican candidate goes before the nation and publicly releases all birth documents in order to get on all state ballots, Soebarkah has a problem. A big big problem. It becomes “the” story in the election season.

Electing a black man to the presidency? Been there, done that.

2012, Show all the papers or leave.

Democrats are on a boat full of holes heading into 2012, and they know it.
