I don’t recall if you are aware that many reports insist that such phasers really exist and are used by black ops folks, not just the “ET’s” who taught us how to make them.
Purportedly, on one setting, there’s not even any residue left of the person, anmial, etc.
And they are about the size of a medium sized flashlight.
