If ever there was a crime so deserving of capital punishment. At least in Texas if convicted she will likely get the death penalty. Sadly it will take potentially 20 years of appeals before there will be justice.
So where was DYFS? Just askin...........

The DYFS or CPS as it’s called in NYS is a JOKE!! They have no interest in prosecuting minority-perpetrated child abuse as:
1. it’s politically incorrect
2. it’s dangerous work
They are just a tool for vindictive ex wives to harrass their ex husbands for daring to “move on” after they divorce said ex husbands and take their wallets in Matriarchy, err I mean “Child” Support.
I know this because my hubby’s extremely vindictive ex IS a CPS worker as most of the employees there are. IMHO hubb’s ex could easily win “worst mother of the year award and should lose custody due to HER Parental Alienation techniques. It’s like the fox watching the hen house.
This is the product of the family court system that allows the women to block the biodads out of the children’s lives and collect child support at the same time.
the biodads give up after repeated attempts to see their children and the court fails to enforce the visitation court order. Only very well heeled men can fight off custodial biomom parental alienation.
the biodads then lose track of their children after the mother repeatedly blocks access with no judicial consequences whatsoever, therefore he is unable to know what is going on (abusive mother, stepdad, etc.) until often times too late.
Death!
