I finally got the answer. The owner carries and CC is allowed in the restaraunt. The owner was not there at time of the robery.

Okay. Thanks for the info. I guess no one was armed or there just wasn't a good chance for somebody to cap those two punks.

Looks like the Pied Piper Eatery may have been hit by the same guys. Something is probably going to end badly with those two.
