However, with the 2010 elections I belioeve we will see some states pass such laws. I’d love to see Ohio with a new GOP Governor and GOP majorities in the senate and house pass such a law.

OK..thanks...I do believe that such a bill has been proposed in several states...I’d love to see it happen here in Florida...it would pass..
