People who never attend church: Bush 35% Gore 65%

The conclusion to be drawn here, students, is that were it not for the over one-third of America's atheists and agnostics who voted Republican, Al Gore would have been President.

The conclusion to be drawn here, students, is that were it not for the over one-third of America's atheists and agnostics who voted Republican, Al Gore would have been President. When your premises are fatally flawed (which yours are), then any conclusion drawn from them will be equally flawed.

Church attendance, or lack thereof, is not a reliable indicator of either belief or disbelief in God, athiesm, or agnosticism.

Some of the most spiritual people I knew growing up had not attended church since returning from WW-II, other than for funerals or weddings. Of course that violates the absolute "never", but to their way of thinking it qualified as "never".
