Actually no..and that was intentional. I also did not share this with the company. Learned long ago if you want something done the last place to take information, of this nature, is to your employer. In this case they are so ill-informed they would not see the significance of it. Besides that most are liberals...you get the picture.
Then LEO was your best bet. Just thought a list of those names for your own protection...to keep away from...or compare if you run across a similar name might come in handy.

In retrospect It would have been interesting to check out the e-mail sites etc. listed. Passport numbers were listed...the dates the passports were issued.....as well the dates of travel and duration. But I really don’t want information as that in my possession. Better to have passed it on to those who have the resources to look further than my computer can take me.....’Leo’ will surely know where to go..and the means of who to go to.
I first took it to the local police...they had no interest and said nothing they could do about it...they only handle this small cities issues. (Idiot)... So I went to the State Police. They did have the interest...and took it far more seriously of course. Also if they find anything from the info will contact the FBI or Homeland security people. Not that they will do anything more but at least the information is where it needs to be IMO.
If you have a choice always contact the highest level of LEO you have access to. State or FBI is usually first choice.
Don’t be surprised if you get a visit from men in black suits one day soon. They may want your computer...hard drive. Cooperate....and prepare a list of people you know (including your boss) who have access to the source and be prepared to relay it to them asap.

They know who I am and where I work. I have nothing to hide. But I tend to doubt they will be at my door. Maybe a phone call at most and I doubt even that. It’s a small community and they usually keep a low profile when they are undertaking an investigation of any kind.
The information wasn’t local. Rather appeared to be someone traveling allot from some other area. The item I found it under could have come from any store, at any time, as a return...and most likely how the store got the item. And they are nationwide. Tracking that would not be hard to do for LEO if they sought to do so. They could go to the store and follow the days sales....information on that item would show..and then track it thru the system. If a charge card was used they would find name of who purchased. If cash, it would be a dead end.

I am definitely pro-smiting. I don’t think there has been enough smiting lately, and that is a large part of the problem. They are cowards, and smiting sends them the right message. Remember how nice Muammar Gaddafi became after we invaded — a major smiting — Afghanistan and Iraq? Now he has returned to his bad, old habits because he knows the wimp in the White House doesn’t have a decent smite in him. We need REAL MEN running our country. Or REAL WOMEN along the lines of Margaret Thatcher, who knew smite.
