I have Hawaii COLBs and the imprint is applied to the back side of the documents, above Onaka’s signature. The seal protrudes to the front of the document. And the front reveals the lettering in reverse. I emailed front and back photos of the document to a friend and he could not detect the seal, even under magnification. But he confirmed that the seal was in place when he examined the document in person.
I’ve been called an obot and insulted because I disputed a certain person who proclaims the imprint should be applied to the front of the document. But what you are saying agrees with my documents. Thank you.

Meaningless terms of connotation, words that have a feeling.......used by the left to push an agenda. The opposite is Close Minded (i.e. Shut up or else you’ll be labeled a racist), discriminatory........

Bottom line with people like this is that they in feelings and throw around words on topics, but the are very shallow in their actual thought and meek on facts. Take this entire video and edit out all the comments about “radical, crazy, whatever else” birthers or right wing “nut jobs” and you end up with maybe two bullets.

They want people to believe what is on the Internet is an actual birth certificate. LoL.

For the likes of Matthews...it seems like he's only capable of baby steps.
I couldn't imagine a guy like Matthews trying to understand early American history and the framers intent for including the NBC requirement in the Constitution. It would be waaaaaaaaay out of his league.
