A thought occured to me.

I don’t have to. The FCC(and it’s revolutionaries) has already tipped it’s hand.

They promised up and down they weren’t interested in content. This document proves them to be liars. They are interested in content.

But let’s examine the history of the american progressive revolution and see how it all begins.

Cass Sunstein and his pals obviously aren’t going to force websites into uber-neutrality on the first shot. That’s hardly been how the progressives move.

The ball is now on the field and advancing. At the first yard line, the revolutionaries say they’re uninterested in content. At the second yard line, they change that BUT! they’re really only doing this to protect you.
