this is a brilliant idea and will work.

I guess I approach things from the opposite end.

I work to keep the rinos out of major offices in hopes that the trickle down will discourage potential rinos at lower levels from even getting into the ball game.

But your idea is so logical it has to and will work.

I'm a member of our County Executive committee for the and we are pretty solid about no rinos and the word is getting out. So that's yet another way to let them know.

The great thing about vetting rinos is that its so easy to use the Constitution to our advantage since our forefathers had it right to begin with.

You're in the catbird seat sitting on your county executive board... it is right there in river-city (so to speak) that you can best act to halt the rise of a RINO from your county to state office. Often they will try to rise through GOP clubs, and there are a host of those that are RINO's - for example we have the 'Republican Congress' club in CA, and they are all RINO's - no matter what they try to do to hide that fact. We have to do battle against them at the state conventions, and it is sad to say, many believe they are just good Republicans too... but, they are the devil in disquise.
